Is it confidential?
Yes of course! Our team has created a safe and confidential counselling space to support you through the grieving process.
Do I need a mental health plan?
You do not require a referral to initiate contact with our service. At times people are connected to our service through their school, sports club or they may simply find us online. No referral from a medical practitioner is needed.
