I joined the Lifeline Loddon Mallee Board as like most people, I have been touched by suicide, and have seen loved ones struggle with mental health. Lifeline's goal of a suicide free Australia is something I long to see.
As a founding member of the Sunraysia Lifeline Project, I jumped at the chance to join the Lifeline Loddon Mallee board.
All those years of fundraising to finally see a Lifeline call centre in Mildura was incredibly rewarding, and despite no longer living in Mildura, I still have a very warm place in my heart for the region.
I now live in Bendigo, and being a part of this board allows me to continue to support a cause that means so much to me, in a place I still love dearly.
I previously worked in commercial radio for 10 years across Broome, Mildura and Bendigo. Since leaving radio I now work more frontline with those experiencing a mental health crisis.
Outside of work I live with my wife and 2 daughters, whom I love spending my free time with. Am also an avid reader and movie lover.
